Gong Xi Gong Xi!

It's a beginning of another long holiday. I'm sure everyone (not limited to those who celebrate CNY) have plans. Balik Kampung is certainly on top of the list.

I dont have any plan. I was not even thinking about it. But this morning, on my way to work, i felt like going to the beach. I really felt like spending some time walking around the beach, get myself drowned in the pool (i can't swim), and just hang out. Literally hang out and enjoy the sand, water and sun. Get the usual things out of my system for 2 days. I think that just sound so calming.

Fedo just got back from Bali, i don't think he's up for it. I rang Azli but halfway through the conversation i realised his mum got admitted last night. So, it should be no. Then i tried to call Liena. Couldnt get her. And then i remembered, she's at Bukit Tinggi for some sort of training.

Hurrmmmm.... Maybe i should just go alone. I've done many crazy things and this certainly won't make it to the list.

Wishing all of you Happy New Year. May this year bring much joy, good health, much prosperity to everyone!

Important Note: If you are driving, please be safe. And make sure you have enough supply of Red Bull.

The energy drink was made for moments of increased physical and mental stress and improves endurance, alertness, concentration and reaction speed. In short: It vitalizes body and mind.

So, grab a can of Red Bull before you hit the road. Be safe so that you can have many new year(s) to celebrate!

New Toys for New Year

It was not like I planned (or too spoilt) to get new gadgets when it’s a new year. It just happened. But in a nicely strange way, I tend to buy/get new stuff at the beginning of the year.

Last year, I got my Handycam, broadband, Ipod (which I never ever touch) and few more gadgets at the first quarter of the year.

Presenting my 2009 gadgets…

1. LG KS20.

This sleek looking thing claimed to provide an advanced mobile internet experience with its ’Broadband Mobile Internet’. I just love the 2.8 inch large screen and the "Intuitive Touch Input". On top of all, it is only 12.8 mm thick.

It has all the basic stuff lah -Advanced WiFi, 3.6Mbps mobile internet, music downloads, video clips and windows live content, as well as push email.

2. SONY BRAVIA LCD TV

It's a Tv. 32-inch. Nice.

3. Of course it has to come with Astro! (Gadget ke ni?)

4. ONE WATCH

It's a watch that makes feel like James Bond (and sometimes like Power Rangers too).

This watch is so bloody cool you have no idea. Look at the pic above. It has global timing with map, can play video, music and so much more!

Close-up (In case u r wondering, the location displayed on screen is where its from)

The coolest about this thing is....

It's a mobile phone!

The last thing on my list is a new lap top... hopefully by this weekend. Heard Digital Mall @ PJ is good. Cant wait to go.

2008: Top 10 List

1. Moved to a new place

It was just next door but I needed a bigger and better space. The whole moving and decorating was exhausting but the result was truly satisfying. Me & Fedo decided with an “Art Gallery” theme. I am very pleased with the way it turn out. A simple cozy place that I can call home.

2. Worked with great clients

We handled few major PR campaign for many international brands. Dealing with international offices around the globe was amusing.

3. Holiday in Bangkok

It was what I needed. A break. Went for a crazy shopping spree and non stop entertainment.

4. Surprise Birthday Party

My friends were very sweet to hold a surprise belated birthday celebration for me. It was one of my fondest memories because everything was just so nice. The theme was somewhat funny, the surprise was somewhat confusing, but something genuinely sweet was the fact that they got everything I like. The food, the fruits, the people. It was perfect.

5. Appointed as the CEO of Reputation Mercatus Malaysia

I’m very blessed. Alhamdulillah

6. Planned my best friend's wedding

From the engagement, nikah and reception, I was in-charged for Zaf’s wedding. It was a great experience.

7. Met wonderful people

I met so many people I’ve lost count. Some of the coolest people I’ve met were:

8. Accomplish my target & great time with work

Target: *Private & Confidential*

9. Put on weight!

This is truly exciting. Finally I don’t hear “You’re too skinny” that much anymore.

See the difference?

10. Had many wonderful moments

Despite my crazy work schedule, I was able to spend some quality time with my family and friends.

2008 has been a GREAT year all around and I hope for nothing less in year 2009.

~Cheers!
